Legal Framework
Evonour FZCO operates internationally from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, within the fields of private retreats, strategic relocation, second-base structuring, and operational coordination.
The following framework applies to all services, requests, bookings, and collaborations with Evonour.
Booking & Collaboration
Requests and bookings may be submitted through the website, by email, or through direct communication.
A collaboration becomes binding only upon written confirmation by Evonour.
As all services are individually prepared, coordinated, and curated, Evonour reserves the right to decline requests or participation at its discretion.
Retreats
Participation
Evonour retreats are private, structured environments intended for clarity, strategic reflection, and temporary withdrawal from everyday operational contexts.
They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, or therapeutic treatment.
Participation remains voluntary and at the participant’s own responsibility.
Participants remain responsible for:
- their physical and mental condition,
- travel arrangements,
- insurance coverage,
- visa and entry requirements,
- personal decisions and actions.
Payments
- 30% deposit upon booking
- remaining balance due no later than 90 days before the retreat start date
- bookings made less than 90 days before the start date require full immediate payment
Reservations become binding upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation
- up to 90 days before start: full refund of the deposit
- 89–60 days before start: 50% of the deposit refunded
- less than 60 days before start: payments made are generally non-refundable
Substitute participants may be proposed but require prior written approval by Evonour.
Travel & Insurance
Flights or travel coordination arranged through Evonour are provided solely as supportive service coordination.
The respective terms of airlines, accommodation providers, and third parties apply.
Travel, health, and accident insurance are strongly recommended.
Plan B / Relocation / Second Base
Project Structure
Plan B and relocation services are individually structured and may include strategic planning, operational coordination, residency processes, property support, third-party coordination, or international structuring support.
Services are confidential, project-based, and partially dependent on governmental authorities, external providers, legal frameworks, and operational conditions outside the control of Evonour.
Payments & Cancellation
- 50% deposit upon project initiation
- remaining payments according to the agreed project structure or milestones
Research, planning, coordination, operational preparation, and already initiated work are considered delivered and are non-refundable.
External costs already incurred remain fully payable by the client.
No Guarantees
International residency, banking, property, corporate, tax, and governmental processes depend on authorities, third parties, and changing regulations.
Evonour therefore cannot guarantee specific:
- governmental decisions,
- residency or visa outcomes,
- tax or economic results,
- banking or corporate approvals,
- timelines,
- operational outcomes.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evonour shall not be liable for:
- travel disruptions,
- governmental decisions,
- delays,
- third-party actions or services,
- force majeure,
- circumstances beyond reasonable operational control,
- personal decisions made by clients or participants.
Privacy
Evonour respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients and participants.
Personal information may be collected when:
- submitting inquiries,
- applying for retreats,
- communicating by email, phone, WhatsApp, or social media,
- making bookings or payments.
Information may include:
- name,
- contact details,
- travel-related information,
- information voluntarily shared during communication or collaboration.
Information is used exclusively for:
- communication,
- coordination of services,
- operational execution,
- client support,
- legal or administrative requirements where necessary.
Evonour does not sell personal data.
Trusted third-party providers may be used for:
- payments,
- communication,
- hosting,
- analytics,
- operational support.
Due to the international nature of Evonour’s services, information may be processed across different jurisdictions where operationally required.

By using this website, visitors consent to such use.
Requests regarding personal information may be submitted directly via email.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Consumers within the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.
For retreats and project- or date-based services, withdrawal rights may expire once operational or organizational execution has begun.
Clients outside the European Union remain subject to their respective local regulations.
Governing Law
To the extent legally permitted, the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the jurisdiction of Dubai apply.
Mandatory consumer protection rights of the client’s country of residence remain unaffected.
